Litecoin price has entered a tight congestion zone since the initial spike above the Cloud on October 20th. The trading range has been limited to the Tenkan-Sen at $196 above and Senkou Span B at $188 below. Thus, Litecoin has prime conditions for a bullish expansion move to occur, but bulls are unable or unwilling to make that happen.

I present a model of cryptocurrency price formation that endogenizes both the financial market for coins and the fee-based market for blockchain space. A cryptocurrency has two distinctive features: a price determined by the extent of its usage as money, and a blockchain structure that restricts settlement capacity. Limited settlement space creates competition between users of the currency, so speculative activity can crowd out monetary usage. This crowding-out undermines the ability of a cryptocurrency to act as a medium of payment, lowering its value. Higher speculative demand can reduce prices, contrary to standard economic models. Crowding-out also raises the riskiness of investing in cryptocurrency, explaining high observed price volatility. 05 November 2021 Refinancing cross-subsidies in the mortgage... With the rise in artificial intelligence and automation, armies of trading bots can theoretically be used to push a crypto’s price up by creating an artificial demand for the coin. As always, you should do some research to make sure any crypto you’re thinking of investing in isn’t being artificially boosted by bots.
Cryptocurrency firms aren't regulated, which means that you won't have any protection if things go wrong.

Binance.US has an option to automatically buy and sell crypto using U.S. dollars, using a simple interface that’s similar to what you’ll find on Coinbase and other competitors. Each of these buy/sell transactions charge a 0.5% fee.
When the spectre of restrictive regulation hovers over the cryptocurrency markets, steep drops invariably occur. If it happens to concern China or the US, brace yourself if you’re an investor—the market never stops trading, and what took months to build can crumble to nothing in an afternoon.
Litecoin was released in October 2011 by ex-Google employee Charlie Lee. Launched with the intention of being a cheaper version of Bitcoin for everyday purposes, Litecoin was formed in a ‘hard fork’ (split) of the Bitcoin Core client, the free and open-source software that underpins the cryptocurrency. Litecoin offers faster transaction times than Bitcoin and a greater supply – there are a potential 84 million Litecoin that can exist compared to Bitcoin’s 21 million.
