You can think of the liquidity pool as a body of water that people are constantly taking from and adding to. If the pool is the size of a bucket, even a few cupfuls in or out affect how much water is left, and therefore how much you pay for it. If the pool is the size of a lake, even thousands of cupfuls in or out have no measurable effect on the water level in the lake.
The liquidity pool of a crypto exchange is important because it determines what kind of crypto can be exchanged or traded and how much each trade will change the price. The liquidity pool is the total of all of the currency deposited on the exchange by every trader. If this pool is small, then every transaction can have a noticeable effect on the price of the crypto in the exchange. This instability makes it very difficult for a trader to predict how much of each currency they can get at any given time.

It charges a 10 per cent fee to buy tokens and another 10 per cent to sell — almost unheard of in the digital currency world. Half of these fees are paid to owners as an incentive to keep holding and the other half goes into a liquidity pool controlled by the developers. SafeMoon calls itself a DeFi token, or one that uses decentralized finance to govern functions through software, but it has a chief executive officer and chief operating officer. Critics also worry about the discretionary nature of the “manual” coin burns used to adjust its circulation. With the recent hiring of Brian Brooks, who certainly has the connections to tap into the right areas, Binance.US could be set up for a very bright future.
