Safemoon crypto recently began to spike in price after the developers announced a new cryptocurrency wallet. The Safemoon digital currency wallet is coming soon and the project has been heavily advertising it. With this extra string in its bow, many are rushing to invest in the native Safemoon altcoin.
An interesting avenue to explore is the wavelet coherence between different cryptocurrencies, allowing any relationships between different cryptocurrencies to be detected and documented. Relationships between different cryptocurrencies would be of interest for those searching for diversification within cryptocurrency markets, especially to those managing a portfolio of cryptocurrencies.
SafeMoon is still a relatively new cryptocurrency compared to others, having only launched in March 2021.
Among the cryptocurrencies that could disrupt Safemoon is the Bitrise coin, which is the fastest growing crypto at the time of writing. The coin was launched at the end of July. Shiba Inu is another piece that has been doing very well since its launch in August. However, experts have pitted Safemoon against Bitrise, which is now billed as the next “Safemoon”.

SafeMoon Protocol is a decentralized finance (DeFi) token. The protocol launched in March 2021 and has already more than 1 million users. SafeMoon stands for "Safely to the Moon", a phrase that was adopted by Redditors about DogeCoin which refers to the price going upwards "as high as the Moon". SafeMoon protocol is a combination of RFI tokenomics and an auto-liquidity generating protocol. According to the SafeMoon website, SafeMoon has three functions that take place during each trade: Reflection, LP Acquisition and Burn. SafeMoon plans to develop a non-fungible token NFT exchange, as well as charity projects and crypto educational apps.
