From a technical perspective, Bitcoin’s price action appears to be contained within an ascending parallel channel that developed since Oct. 4. Every time BTC has risen to this technical formation’s upper boundary since then, it has been rejected and retraced to the pattern’s lower edge. From this point, it tends to rebound, which is consistent with the characteristics of a parallel channel.

I present a model of cryptocurrency price formation that endogenizes both the financial market for coins and the fee-based market for blockchain space. A cryptocurrency has two distinctive features: a price determined by the extent of its usage as money, and a blockchain structure that restricts settlement capacity. Limited settlement space creates competition between users of the currency, so speculative activity can crowd out monetary usage. This crowding-out undermines the ability of a cryptocurrency to act as a medium of payment, lowering its value. Higher speculative demand can reduce prices, contrary to standard economic models. Crowding-out also raises the riskiness of investing in cryptocurrency, explaining high observed price volatility. 05 November 2021 Refinancing cross-subsidies in the mortgage... Cryptocurrencies’ supply and value are controlled by the activities of their users and highly complex protocols built into their governing codes, not the conscious decisions of central banks or other regulatory authorities.
Crypto Chase referred to the implications of sudden erratic price movements on exchanges, these serving to liquidate traders who should have retained their positions.
An asset that depends vigorously on the fundamentals of supply and demand is known to go far. The news about SafeMoon has been spread all over the world. As more people will get on its radar, the more individuals will put investment into it eventually. The worth of crypto overall has been consistently going up for quite a long time. And as Manward Financial Digest author Andy Snyder anticipated toward the start of this year, crypto’s worth is simply going to rise.
However, critics have noted that Ripple’s network and code are more susceptible to manipulation by sophisticated hackers and may not offer the same anonymity protections as Bitcoin-derived cryptocurrencies.
According to Cointelegraph business editor Sam Bourgi, Bitcoin is viewed by many as the best “hard money” alternative to sovereign currencies and:
The first cryptocurrency was bitcoin. The bitcoin domain was registered in 2008, but the first transaction took place in 2009. It was developed by someone called ‘Satoshi Nakamoto’. However, there is speculation that Nakamoto is a pseudonym as the bitcoin creator is notoriously secretive, and no one knows whether ‘he’ is a person or a group.

It’s true that the source codes and technical controls that support and secure cryptocurrencies are highly complex. However, laypeople are more than capable of understanding the basic concepts and becoming informed cryptocurrency users.
