Mainstream companies across industries have taken interest — and in some cases themselves invested in — cryptocurrency and blockchain in 2021. AMC, for example, recently announced it will be able to accept Bitcoin payments by the end of this year. Fintech companies like PayPal and Square are also betting on crypto by allowing users to buy on their platforms. Tesla continues to go back and forth on its acceptance of Bitcoin payments, though the company holds billions in crypto assets. Experts predict more and more of this buy-in.
Safemoon has a few unique features that have attracted both praise and criticism. For example, the Safemoon smart contract charges a 10% exit fee for holders who choose to sell. Half of this fee is ‘burned’, while the other is redistributed to remaining token holders, theoretically increasing the value of their holdings over time.
Its use as a monetary system is still crypto’s most lucrative feature. It allows users to send cryptocurrencies between parties in exchange for goods and services provided. Because cryptocurrencies are not controlled by any central authority, it has unique advantages. There are usually little to no processing fees. There is less government control and regulation. Distributed ledger technology (DLT) is a decentralized database that various network participants administer. Blockchain is a type of DLT where transactions are recorded using a hash, which is an immutable cryptographic signature. This means that if a single block in a chain is modified, it will be immediately clear that the chain has been tampered with. Private and centralized blockchains, on the other hand, exist in which all of the computers that make up the network are owned and operated by a single company.
Finally, the 4JNET team does not hold any 4JNET tokens. The funds raised from the presale will go towards advertising on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and KOLs in the industry.
These numbers are far greater than Binance.US. U.S. regulations limit the number and types of cryptocurrency that a U.S.-based company can sell to U.S. customers. As a direct result of these rules, Binance.US only offers about 53 cryptocurrencies for exchange to U.S. residents. This number is much lower than Binance’s international exchange but is on par with other U.S.-based exchanges.

Since Binance doesn't allow for US Dollar deposits and trading, most of the volume on the exchange occurs against stablecoin pairs such as BTC/USDT, BTC/USDC, and BTC/BUSD (BUSD is Binance's native stablecoin). One other factor to note is that although Binance does have more volume than any other exchange, that volume is spread across a much larger pool of cryptocurrencies than other exchanges such as Coinbase and Kraken. Therefore, it's always important to look at the specific asset you're interested in trading in order to determine how liquid (or illiquid) it is.
It’s impossible to determine at this point whether SafeMoon is a riskier investment than any of the other 4,000 or so active cryptocurrencies. Crypto skeptics like Megan Horneman, direct of portfolio strategy at Verdence Capital Advisors, warns investors to steer away from all digital coins, since they have no underlying assets and are threatened by regulatory oversight.
