One of the fastest-growing pension markets in the world could be about to dive into crypto.
Its competitors, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu faced several lows for months and years straight but are at a different position now. SafeMoon could walk the same path as its competitors and would find a ‘breakout’ all of a sudden.
.
It’s impossible to determine at this point whether SafeMoon is a riskier investment than any of the other 4,000 or so active cryptocurrencies. Crypto skeptics like Megan Horneman, direct of portfolio strategy at Verdence Capital Advisors, warns investors to steer away from all digital coins, since they have no underlying assets and are threatened by regulatory oversight.
There was also a big debate on Safemoon tokenomics. Most of the competing coins have a more attractive and innovative tokenomic than Safemoon. While the Bitrise coin has an automated redemption and burn process, Safemoon burns manually. This means that the liquidity regulation of the Safemoon token is less transparent.
The cryptocurrency crane had continued trending higher this month after experiencing some volatility earlier on when they were trading at $0.0000065 but now hover around $0.0000045, which still makes it more profitable.
However, in the wake of the technical issues, the DeFi protocol has met its share of criticisms and FUD. Some Twitter users have even accused SafeMoon of scamming its users.

Very generously our tweeter credits another crypto fanatic for the remarkable analysis, who had drawn up his own chart just days earlier:
Like traditional currencies, cryptocurrencies express value in units — for instance, you can say “I have 2.5 Bitcoin,” just as you’d say, “I have $2.50.”
Shroder said in a statement he is looking “forward to sharing our exciting story with the broader investment community as we begin our journey toward IPO.”
In Bhambhwani et al. (2019), we challenge the perception that cryptocurrency markets are simply plagued with bubbles and speculative trading by identifying two key blockchain measures that affect cryptocurrency prices. Specifically, theory suggests that the trustworthiness and the transaction benefits of a blockchain are important determinants of cryptocurrency values. Pagnotta and Buraschi (2018) link trustworthiness to the computing power devoted to the blockchain. Biais et al. (2018) link transaction benefits of a cryptocurrency to the size of its network.
I present a model of cryptocurrency price formation that endogenizes both the financial market for coins and the fee-based market for blockchain space. A cryptocurrency has two distinctive features: a price determined by the extent of its usage as money, and a blockchain structure that restricts settlement capacity. Limited settlement space creates competition between users of the currency, so speculative activity can crowd out monetary usage. This crowding-out undermines the ability of a cryptocurrency to act as a medium of payment, lowering its value. Higher speculative demand can reduce prices, contrary to standard economic models. Crowding-out also raises the riskiness of investing in cryptocurrency, explaining high observed price volatility. 05 November 2021 Refinancing cross-subsidies in the mortgage... Released in 2011, Litecoin (LTC) uses the same basic structure as Bitcoin. Key differences include a higher programmed supply limit (84 million units) and a shorter target blockchain creation time (2.5 minutes).
