United States investors still cannot use the original Binance today, but Binance.US offers over 50 cryptocurrencies for investors to choose from. The biggest draw of Binance.US is its low fees compared to some other exchanges. It also has an easy-to-use buy/sell option for beginners, while more advanced traders can get the benefit of its in-depth “basic” and “advanced” trading platforms.

Binance.US was founded in 2019 in response to regulations that impacted Binance’s business in the United States. U.S. regulators believed some of the crypto assets that Binance’s trading platform allowed a user to trade were essentially securities. A security is a category of financial products which includes stocks, bonds, and specialized derivatives like futures. Trading in securities in the United States requires extensive licensing. Rather than change its main exchange to suit U.S. regulations, Binance instead created a separate exchange for U.S. customers, called Binance.US.
Safemoon is one such smart contract-based token. It does not have its own blockchain; its supply is managed by a smart contract on Binance’s in-house blockchain.
In late July, Elon Musk said Tesla was "most likely" to start accepting bitcoin as payment again. The comment helped the cryptocurrency race past the $30,000 level.
Squid was billed as a token that could be used for a new online game inspired by the Netflix series - which tells the story of a group of people forced to play deadly children's games for money. The game was due to go live this month.
Inspired by the hugely popular Netflix series Squid Game, the tokens had rocketed in value.

Although cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are virtual currencies, they are treated as an asset for capital gains tax purposes, and “ordinary” investors who purchase Bitcoin as an investment will experience a capital gain or loss when they exchange it for traditional currency, products, or services.
