Bitfury has appointed former Binance US boss Brian Brooks as CEO. Former financial regulators are in control of one of the world’s largest crypto mining outfits when the industry is booming.
SafeMoon price has made some astounding progress in October, rallying over 145% from the lowest open in its history on the first day of October to its present new two-month high. After hitting the required $0.0000024 level above the Cloud, SafeMoon spiked on Monday for a gain of over 22%. And it is likely to continue a move higher before facing any resistance.

Brian Shroder, who was previously an executive at Ant Group Co. and Uber Technologies Inc., will oversee the crypto exchange’s strategy, execution, fundraising, business and corporate development, and manage its legal, human resources and product and technology functions, the company said in a statement. “The manual burns, alongside the company having a pretty large stake in the coins, just speaks to me of a manipulation risk,” said Jasper Lawler, head of research at London Capital Group, an online brokerage firm offering cryptocurrency derivatives. “Whenever there’s some sort of mechanism to stop selling, that’s a bit of a warning sign.”
The first thing to note is that Safemoon is not currently listed on any major cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance or Coinbase. Due to this, the amount of liquidity is relatively low, meaning that technical analysis isn’t as accurate as digital coins with high liquidity. The low liquidity of Safemoon means that large buy orders tend to boost price significantly – which, in turn, leads more people to buy into the ‘hype’.
Although mining periodically produces new cryptocurrency units, most cryptocurrencies are designed to have a finite supply — a key guarantor of value.
A look at the recent charts shows that Safemoon has been on a downward trend since the start of November. Safemoon has also not been doing very well since its last all-time high around 21st April 2021. Despite a surge in mid-May, the next time Safemoon experienced bullish growth was the end of October.

Although “smart contracts” represent an important move toward addressing the lack of chargebacks and refunds in cryptocurrencies, it remains to be seen whether they’re enough to solve the problem completely. Still, they’re at least partly responsible for Ethereum’s success.
