Last but not least, Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd (OTC: BRPHF) CEO Mike Novogratz also recently said he expects Bitcoin and the crypto market as a whole to pull off another "parabolic move."
The demand for a cryptocurrency depends on many factors. Demand will be increased based on how useful it is to own the coins. This means if the crypto monetary system works well (i.e. fast transactions and low fees), if smart contracts become more commonplace, and if more businesses start to accept crypto, the demand for crypto will increase. Additionally, there is an increased demand for cryptocurrencies as a store of value investment.

The bears tried to pull Bitcoin below the breakout level at $67,000 on Nov. 9 but they could not sustain the lower levels. The modest pullback indicates that bulls are buying on every minor dip.
These are just two of the cryptocurrencies that challenge Safemoon’s dominance, and some, like Bitrise, face very stiff competition against Safemoon on the basis of the products on offer, among many other features. From the powerful wallet to exchanges, among many other products, the coin is one of Safemoon’s toughest competitors.
Similar to forex — foreign exchange — trading, there can be significant risks involved with a largely unregulated market, and your best bet is to get informed beforehand, and don’t invest any money you can’t afford to lose. Regulators are still trying to figure out how to classify cryptocurrencies, for purposes of trading, payments, antifraud, taxation, and more. Clear regulation may help us understand how to use cryptocurrency and what its future may look like, but we aren’t there yet.
