The recent spin-off of its managed infrastructure business into a company called Kyndryl (NYSE: KD) removes a noncore business from its balance sheet. Also, management promised that the two companies would maintain the current combined dividend.
These numbers are far greater than Binance.US. U.S. regulations limit the number and types of cryptocurrency that a U.S.-based company can sell to U.S. customers. As a direct result of these rules, Binance.US only offers about 53 cryptocurrencies for exchange to U.S. residents. This number is much lower than Binance’s international exchange but is on par with other U.S.-based exchanges.

But to take advantage of its competitive 0.1% standard fee, you’ll need to spot trade through the Binance.US trading platform. This can be confusing if you’re unfamiliar with exchange lingo; on other exchanges, this type of trading and fee structure is typically used in more advanced platform options, such as Coinbase’s Coinbase Pro or Gemini’s Active Trader.
