WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal regulators have accused a group of people of promoting a securities offering tied to digital currency that raised over $2 billion from retail investors without being properly registered.

From a technical perspective, Bitcoin’s price action appears to be contained within an ascending parallel channel that developed since Oct. 4. Every time BTC has risen to this technical formation’s upper boundary since then, it has been rejected and retraced to the pattern’s lower edge. From this point, it tends to rebound, which is consistent with the characteristics of a parallel channel.
In addition to the fiat ramp exchanges, Binance has launched a decentralized exchange and it is adding much-requested features such as margin trading. The company also took an investment from Singapore’s Vertex Ventures, one of a number of sovereign funds in the country, to develop its Binance Singapore service.
