Some cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin, have a finite number of coins that help to generate demand and reinforce their perceived worth. For example, the maximum supply of Bitcoin is capped at 21 million, as determined by the Bitcoin's creator(s).

SafeMoon is one among the handful of cryptocurrencies that made it to the top 100 crypto-list on its own. SafeMoon did not have the backing of top trading platforms and managed to gain investors’ attention by its projects alone.
The cryptocurrency market is a vast and sometimes confusing place with different coins to choose from.
It is also important to mention that Bitrise is one of the coins that Safemoon lost whales to some time ago. This is just one sign that Safemoon is in deep trouble.
A secure place to store and trade your SafeMoon. Some features include Wyre integration, dark mode, contacts list, hold to cancel, and haptic feedback.
The team announced a few days back that Safemoon whales had joined the coin. Since then, there has been an influx of new crypto members joining Bitrise coin. All these factors have significantly driven the market cap up by +$200 at the time of writing. But what are the underlying factors driving the huge number of investors joining Bitrise crypto coins every day?
One example is the negative correlation that occurs between Ethereum and its associated factors around June 2016 (left facing arrows at the top and just left of the horizontal middle of the Ethereum scalograms). During this time interval, one of the most well-known applications at the time, the DAO, built on top of the Ethereum environment, was hacked. It can be seen that all factors are negatively correlated in the short term with the price during this time interval. As a result of the uncertainty generated by the hack, price dropped sharply, but activity on social media and interest increased (causing the negative correlation). The negative relationship can be seen during the 2–4 day band for all factors.
Now, to be fair to the bitcoin bros (not great) and XRP army (worse), even the World Health Organisation had around that time started pushing the idea that Covid could be being spread by banknotes (while simultaneously recommending that people should not wear masks), now thought to be “very unlikely”. Even if banknotes were a key transmission vector, however, we are not sure that “dirty fiat” itself could be held responsible, given that the vast majority of it only exists in digital form. Why would you use bitcoin, or XRP, or any other crypto token when you can transact digitally using fiat currencies?

Numerous others have also made their mark on the industry, some of whom Cointelegraph lists in its top 100 people in crypto and blockchain for 2021.
Like all cryptocurrencies, the majors are digital assets that secure and verify transactions using computer science and complex mathematics, known as cryptography. Unlike traditional (‘fiat’) currencies, they are not currently issued or backed by a central authority such as a government. Instead, they run across a network of computers and are underpinned by blockchain technology – a permanent record of transactions that cannot be altered without the consensus of the network.
A blockchain is spread across many computers that manages and records transactions.
