This disparity in fee structure favors users outside the U.S., where the higher fees may be related to tighter regulation of crypto in the country. By comparison to other platforms, the fee structure of Binance.US and Binance looks more complicated. Users from outside the U.S. benefit from lower fees.
Bill Noble, chief technical analyst at TokenMetrics, a cryptocurrency analytics platform, thinks the price of Bitcoin will climb throughout the rest of the year. “I think it’s more likely Bitcoin goes to $75,000 than $25,000,” he says.
— Meanwhile, Rover, the pet care site sometimes referred to along with its competitor Wag as the Uber of dog walking, has retained Mercury Public Affairs as its first outside lobbying firm. Mercury’s Mike McSherry, an alum of the RNC, Republican Governors’ Association and Labor Department, will lobby for Rover on tax and labor classification issues — a development that comes as the Biden administration has pledged to recognize workers dispatched by apps as employees rather than contractors. Just like you shouldn’t let a price drop influence your decision to buy crypto, don’t let a sudden price increase alter your long-term investment strategy. Even more importantly, don’t start buying more crypto just because the price is rising. Always make sure your financial bases are covered — from your retirement accounts to emergency savings — before putting any extra cash into a speculative asset like Bitcoin.

Many investors see Bitcoin’s price swings as part of the game, but “volatility is tough for individual investors to deal with,” Noble says. Like Yang, he warns against selling too fast.
