Litecoin price has entered a tight congestion zone since the initial spike above the Cloud on October 20th. The trading range has been limited to the Tenkan-Sen at $196 above and Senkou Span B at $188 below. Thus, Litecoin has prime conditions for a bullish expansion move to occur, but bulls are unable or unwilling to make that happen.
Recent drops have been caused by a combination of factors, Noble theorizes, from excitement about low-quality coins, to negative remarks from Elon Musk, to China’s recent crackdown on crypto services. The accumulated response made this sell off “all the more violent,” says Noble.

Binance currently lists 150 coins and tokens. Binance.US has said it is considering 30 assets to list initially. In a blog post last week, Coley acknowledged that "the ease of issuing blockchain tokens and the perceived lack of regulation could make these tokens targets for abuse," and that the company recognizes it has legal and moral obligations to protect its users.
