In recent days, the company has stopped those in Singapore from making trades on their platform, reacting to a tightening in regulations locally. While Binance remains the most preferable of the two platforms currently, it is important to remember that changes such as these have an effect on which may come out on top.
These numbers are far greater than Binance.US. U.S. regulations limit the number and types of cryptocurrency that a U.S.-based company can sell to U.S. customers. As a direct result of these rules, Binance.US only offers about 53 cryptocurrencies for exchange to U.S. residents. This number is much lower than Binance’s international exchange but is on par with other U.S.-based exchanges.

In May 2021, at the Ethereal Virtual Summit, CZ reiterated his stance that Binance has no central headquarters when he said the following:
“Everybody’s definition of a headquarters of a company is different. When you ask how you define a headquarters --- is that an office where people sit? I worked from home for the last three and a half years. Our leadership team are not sitting in one office, we don’t have a clear place where we can go, by most people’s normal definitions of a headquarters that we can call a headquarters. So, when people ask me, I don’t want to give them a wrong answer just to satisfy their definition.”
